If you have already been using the popular tweak named iCleaner Pro on your jailbroken devices, the good news for you is that it’s received an update which now makes it compatible with the latest iOS 11.
Developer, Ivano Bilenchi, announced this new release on Twitter. Currently, the new version of iCleaner Pro is offered as initial public beta while the developers are working on finding out any possible issues and fixing them before the final release.
The package really is an amazing installation that’s been updated for working with devices that are on latest iOS 11 from Apple. The catch, however, is that it works only on jailbroken devices that have been liberated with Electra Jailbreak from CoolStar.
As Bilenchi has claimed, iCleaner Pro will now extend support for all the devices on iOS 11. Remember, however, that the latest iCleaner Pro version will be available through the personal beta repository of the developer and if you are installing it on your iOS device then you must be aware that it is the very first release offering such compatibility and some minor issues and niggles can very well be expected.
That said, the iCleaner Pro tweak gets continuous updates and supports several major iOS versions and quite successfully as well. So, with its great repute previously, we can expect that the new beta version is going to be successful as well and will lay the foundation for official release for iOS 11.
If you are not yet familiar with the iCleaner Pro, essentially, it is the de-facto jailbreak for iOS device owners willing to have better control over what will be stored on the device. This tweak can rip through various important parts in the system like Messages, OTA software updates, Safari, and the log files, for locating and cleaning-up any unused files/documents.
Anyone with 16GB iPhone having low space can take advantage of iCleaner Pro for better storage management. This might not be possible otherwise with the stock iOS installation.
So, if you have been waiting for the release, you can download it now from the beta repository of Bilenchi at https://ib-soft.net/cydia/beta on Cydia.
